Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight of the merchandise and shipping location. When ordering online the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by the UPS and USPS online system. The UPS and USPS system we utilize is unable to determine and account for multiple boxes (this applies to large orders). Therefore your shipping charges may be higher than the online estimate displayed if multiple boxes are required to best protect your items during transit.
Occasionally ups.com and usps.com may be down or unavailable during your checkout process and our shopping cart will be unable to retrieve or display the estimated shipping charges for your order. In these instances your online shopping cart may display a shipping fee of $ 0.00. Thank you for your understanding in these rare instances that are beyond our control – if you would like, you can contact us at – 406-278-5872 to confirm the shipping fee for your order. Please be sure to double check your address! If the package is sent out with the incorrect address and is returned to us you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
Processing Time
Orders placed online are generally shipped within 24-72 hours regardless of the shipping method chosen. Please consider our processing time when choosing your shipping method.
Expedited Processing- a priority rush service is available for an additional $10.00 fee. Priority rush orders are shipped out the same day if the order is placed by 11:00am MST. Orders placed after 11:00am MST will ship the following day. If you need your order shipped the same day during peak seasons, we recommend that you select our priority rush service.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. We cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our shop. If there is something you want to try please let us know and we can send you a sample to try with your order.
